Water Aerobics

Open to all levels. It is the perfect way to exercise, get a tan and have fun with fellow guests. These low impact aerobics allow the body to get the full body work out with out that hard pressure impact, even the inexperienced can excel. One hour classes, 4 days a week, which are guaranteed to burn calories so you can enjoy the happy hour cocktails guilt free.

Tennis and Basketball

The Reef has a floodlit tennis/basketball court available to all of our guests. Tennis racquets/balls and basketballs are available from our front desk.

Volleyball

There are two volleyball nets at theReef. One in our dolphin pool so you can cool off play, and one on our beach for a traditional beach volleyball game! Volleyballs are available at our front desk.

Crafts

From Kite Making to Tie Dye we allow all our guests to part-take in our crafts throughout the week. It's the perfect way for all our young at heart to express their creative sides.

Kids Club

Recent releases are shown on a giant screen on the beach every Sunday.
Movies are free and start at 7:30pm

Babysitting

Babysitting can be arranged through theReef's concierge team, ideal for divers with younger families. Please contact concierge@thereef.com and provide at least 48 hours notice from when services are needed.

Essential Shopping

There is a small shopping mall across the street from theReef, convenient for all your vacation necessities. A well-stocked grocery store, large liquor store and ATM provide all the essentials for your Cayman vacation. Coconut car rentals are also located in the shopping mall giving you the option to drive around the island and explore! Why not visit Waves boutique for your Cayman souvenirs or enjoy something cool at the newly opened Früzen Berry shop.

Stingray City

Feed, Hold or Kiss a Stingray

Take a trip on the 65' catamaran to the infamous Stingray sandbar for an experience you'll never forget. Our trip leaves later than most so we're able to miss the crowds!

The excursion begins with an authentic Cayman Island snorkeling stop at the North Sound Reef, and then we head for the sandbar. We're often the only boat at the sandbar, so everyone will get the opportunity to feed and hold a Southern Stingray, get a Stingray massage, or Stingray kiss - which is seven years good luck!

On the relaxing sail back, sit back and sip some rum punch to the sounds of Barefoot Man.

QEII Botanical Park

The Reef is the nearest resort to Grand Cayman's Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park, a fascinating destination where visitors can stroll the grounds where hundreds of tropical and subtropical plants are found. Wildlife thrives here, including the endangered Grand Cayman blue iguana, and a complement of native birds.

Shopping in Georgetown

With Cayman being a duty free island - you are sure to grab a bargain in the capital, Georgetown. TheReef runs a shopping shuttle Monday - Saturday leaving at 9am.
