CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Please note that a pre-authorization on your credit card or a cash deposit will be required upon check-in for a security deposit and on-site charges. A picture ID will be required upon check-in. Minimum age to check-in is 21.
Our check-in time is 4pm but you are more than welcome to arrive earlier at the resort and make use of the facilities. Check-out time is 11am.
HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE:
In order to avoid unnecessary disruption to our guests "pure beach relaxation", here at The Reef we provide limited daily service including towel change, bathroom refreshment and sweep through. In addition full maid service is provided every Wednesday. Additional maid service is available (for a fee) upon request.

All special offers and rates are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.
MINIMUM STAY:
The Reef has a minimum stay requirement of 3 nights, with the exception of reservations made within 14 days of arrival, where shorter stays may be possible, subject to availability. There is a three night minimum stay requirement for all inclusive reservations which cannot be waived. Please note that we reserve the right to require longer minimum stays from time to time for peak weeks.
OCCUPANCY LIMITS:
The maximum occupancy limits for each room type are as follows:
- Two Bedroom Master Suite - 6 persons. Two bedrooms with King or Queen beds plus two twin Murphy Beds.
- One Bedroom Executive Suite - 4 persons. One bedroom with King or Queen bed plus two twin Murphy Beds.
- Studio - 2 Persons. One bedroom with King bed.
CRIBS:
One crib may be provided free of charge for each room. Infants are not included in occupancy limits.
PAYMENT POLICY:
50% Deposit required at time of reservation. Full balance due 45 days prior to arrival or at time of reservation for reservations within 45 days of arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full or partial cancellations made 7 days or more prior to arrival will be charged a penalty of one night plus tax. A 3 night penalty plus tax applies to cancellations made within 7 days of arrival or early check outs.
Change of dates for a stay are allowed for a one night penalty as well as any difference in applicable rate between original reservation and new dates, which must be paid in full at the time of rebooking. Travel must be completed within one year of the original arrival date.
No-shows (reservations which are not checked in or cancelled on the day of arrival) will be charged at 100% value of the stay.
Cancellation policy for the Christmas and New Year's Season each year : One night penalty for cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the arrival date, no refund within 14 days of arrival.

TAXES AND SERVICE CHARGES:
All rates do not include 13% government tax and 12% service charge.
ENERGY SURCHARGE
Unfortunately with the current economy we find ourselves facing dramatically increasing costs, which are forcing us to adjust the way we do business. As of June 1st 2011, there will be an energy surcharge added to all room rates as follows:
Studio and Deluxe Studio US$ 8.00 per night
One Bedroom Executive Suite US$ 12.00 per night
Two Bedroom Master Suite US$ 20.00 per night
