The Reef and Red Sail Sports offer you complete assurance that you will be able to dive every day of your pre-booked dive vacation. If for any reason we can’t deliver, both your accommodations and the diving are free!

With over 100 dive sites on three coasts (East, North-East and South-East) of Grand Cayman, as well as Red Sail Sports dive operations on the West and North sides, there's always excellent diving available. Weather will only be an issue on the rarest of occasions as we can always dive on one or more coastlines in the lee of the prevailing weather.

We therefore guarantee to take you diving every day you have prebooked with us. If we can’t, for any reason, take you out to dive, we will refund the entire amount paid for your pre-booked dives and the entire amount paid for pre-booked rooms. In other words, your diving and room will be free!

Terms and Conditions:

• Red Sail Sports, as the largest dive operator in Cayman, is uniquely able to offer diving on all sides of Grand Cayman, so are able to offer diving in all but the most exceptional circumstances on at least one coastline. Whilst diving is normally provided on the NE, E and SE sides of Grand Cayman, in adverse weather conditions diving may be offered on the W or N sides only.
• Accommodations refunds apply to cost of room stay and diving costs only, not to any pre-purchased food and beverage or All Inclusive plans.
• In the event of a Hurricane threatening or impacting Cayman, our "Simply No Worries" guarantee will apply.
