Rest and Relaxation....That is exactly what we got staying at the Reef Resort on the East End of Island. The resort was absolutely beautiful. You walk out of your room and the ocean is at your hands. The concierge staff was awesome(especially Michelle) and everyone was extremely friendly. They would try their absolute best to book any thing you wanted to do. We listened to the timeshare speech to get a free trip to Stingray City; if you decided no to the timeshare, they dropped it and didn\'t ask you again. That was great...no begging. The only complaint we had was the food service was a little slow; but hey, your on vacation right....We are definitely looking forward to returning to the Cayman Islands.
We visitied Grand Cayman for our son\\\'s destination wedding at the Reef on May 27th. It was fabulous! We had a great time while we were there. The wedding was handled by Linda and she did a great job! It was so beautiful and the food was great. Thanks, Linda for all you did to make Adam & Betsy\\\'s wedding wonderful for them and the rest of the family. We will be back one day!
Fabulous w/end spent at The Reef, even booked return visit for husband's birthday in July. As we live in Grand Cayman, it takes something special to make us go "wow" and The Reef certainly has that.
It was so FABULOUS late Christmas, we are doing it again - !!!!
The Staff MADE the Holidays - !!!!!!
They are the BEST - !!!!
Your vacation spot was recommended by a friend.
We had a great time there. Check out my review at Trip Advisor with photos and shout out to Apollo.
Just got back from our first trip to Grand Cayman and The Reef, celbrating our 25th wedding anniversary. We truly found our own paradise on earth. There\'s really no reason to ever leave the resort, though we did just for some shopping in Georgetown. Concierge Staff is the best. Suzy was able to work 3 of our must-do activities into a 2 day time frame. The White Sands guys make this place stand out. They offer any type of water activity possible - the best was the Snorkel Safari. No where else can you get a sailboat trip with 2 personal guides out to a coral reef and a shipwreck. One stays with the boat and the other snorkels with you pointing out fish, and other sea creatures.
This is a time-share property but the pitch isn\'t in your face. There\'s some nice comp\'s if you do. We took the tour and became owners as an anniversary gift to each other.
The only bad thing about The Reef is having to leave. We got hugs from the staff along with emails. Knowing we\'ll be back helps a little!
Very nice, calm and serene place. I enjoyed a lot. People are good and amazing sense of hospitality.
We just arrived back in the Uk after a week stay in Grand Cayman, The first part of our stay on the island was at The Reef before heading to Seven Mile Beach for Business! This was the best decision we ever made, Total relaxation aswell as a good fun time cannot fault this hotel or the staff we will be back without doubt.
