Planning Your Meeting at The Reef

Here at The Reef Resort we aspire to make your business meeting and stay with us as pleasurable and successful as possible, our on-site dedicated Meetings team and Concierge service will be on hand to assist throughout the planning stages and completion of your entire group stay. Excursions including scuba diving, deep sea fishing charters, trips to Sting Ray City, the Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park, the Turtle Farm, horseback riding, helicopter tours and many more are available for your group. Spa and Golf days out are also available. Our Food and Beverage Director will be happy to create customized gourmet delights for your group throughout their meeting including all meals and refreshment breaks, they will also be delighted to cater group functions such as Welcome cocktail parties, Caribbean beach parties and  barbecues, menus are available upon request.

To ensure that your meeting and stay at the Reef stay with us is as seamless and smooth as possible, we would like to assist you with the preplanning of your meetings, events and functions. Please see the list below for guidance with the planning of your group booking and meeting:
