Our dedicated Food and Beverage team will attend to your group’s needs to ensure that every meal and event is catered to the highest standards, providing excellent full service and a delicious, gastronomic delight at every meal and function. Our Food and Beverage Director will work with you or your meeting planner to meet any of your group requirements. From a Tropical Cocktail party with Caribbean style canapes to a formal banquet for your attendees, we can arrange any function to be set up on our beautiful beach or in our fully air conditioned, ocean view restaurant.

The meeting breakfast and refreshment break menus following can be served in the break out space adjacent to the conference rooms, creating a smooth and easy transition into your meeting, with coffee, tea and soda available throughout the day.
